Our take
Motor, speeds and slopes
The listing describes a 24 V, 400 W dual motor rated for 30 degree slopes and loads up to 30 kg. Speed is set in nine steps, up to 12 km/h according to the title, with smooth starts and stops. Dual motors usually help on side slopes because each rear wheel is driven.
A 30 degree rating is a manufacturer figure; very steep, wet banks are still worth taking with care.
Nine steps give fine control over pace, so you can match the trolley to a slow walk on a hot day or a quicker stride when playing alone.
Battery and charging
Power comes from a 24 V, 10 Ah lithium-ion pack. The seller quotes up to 20 km per charge, 1,500 deep cycles and a four hour charge, with an LED gauge showing remaining power. Twenty kilometres comfortably covers an 18 hole walk on most courses, with a margin for practice holes.
Remote, cruise and safety
The remote offers one-touch forward, reverse, steering and brake modes, plus timed cruise at 10, 20 or 30 metres. A memory system keeps your chosen speed, and a USB port can charge a phone. Braking is both electronic and mechanical, the electronics are rated IPX4 against splashes, and anti-tip wheels sit at the back.
The front has 360 degree wheels and there is a freewheel mode, so you can push it by hand if the battery runs low.
Included kit and gaps in the listing
Amazon lists a scorecard holder, umbrella stand, phone holder, bottle holder, rain cover, remote and charger in the box. Weight, warranty and UK service support are not mentioned, and the brand is listed only as Generic.
Compared with the PowaKaddy FX3 and FX1, you gain remote functions but lose a known service network. The auto-follow trolley in the same guide claims a much longer range and hands-free tracking.
Verdict
Choose this remote trolley if you want steering from your pocket, timed cruise and a compact fold on a modest budget, and accept the unknowns around warranty. For brand support and a stated battery warranty, the PowaKaddy FX3 is the safer route, and for hands-free following, look at the auto-follow model.
