This follow cart is for golfers who want hands-free following that copes with tree lined holes. Instead of a camera that has to see you, it uses ultra-wideband positioning to locate the golfer, which the listing says keeps working when trees or buildings block the view.

Our take
How the tracking works
Ultra-wideband positioning lets the cart plan its route and pinpoint your position while keeping a safe distance, according to the listing. On parkland courses where you often walk behind trees or along wooded paths, that method should be less easily confused than visual tracking.
A switchable remote control mode is included for tight spots, steep banks and the car park, with a smaller turning radius in that mode.
Ride and parking
The cart rolls on 10 inch wheels with low vibration, high impact shock absorbers and wear resistant tyres. Hill climbing and descent control are mentioned. A parking gear locks the wheels when you stop, and the listing says it senses when you stop moving and switches into parking mode by itself. On a sloping tee that is reassuring.
Battery and range
A 36 V rechargeable lithium-ion battery is listed with a range of 35 to 40 km per charge. That is enough for a round with plenty in hand, and possibly two rounds depending on the course and hills. Waterproofing is mentioned for course conditions.
What is missing
The listing does not give a weight, a folded size, a warranty or a brand beyond Generic. For a product at this level, those are important questions to put to the seller, especially the weight if you lift it into a car boot alone. Amazon also notes that delivery outside mainland UK may not be possible.
Against the other follow trolleys
The radar follow caddy with a 6-axis gyroscope offers app control and up to 40 km, but uses visual tracking. The GreenGlide ES-T3 lists a 500 W dual motor and a similar range but does not say how it follows. This cart is the one with the most clearly described tracking method.
Verdict
Choose this cart if your course has plenty of trees and you want tracking that does not rely on a camera, plus an automatic parking brake. If you want app control and cruise modes, compare the radar follow caddy, and if you prefer a named trolley brand with stated motor power, look at the GreenGlide ES-T3.
